The 10th IP Seminar in Hong Kong: Intellectual Capital and Intangibles in an Innovation Century (2-4 Aug 2018)
In the knowledge-based economy, coupled with the technological advancement, innovation happens in every sector and becomes an essential part of business operation. Therefore, the protection of intellectual property is of paramount importance. This IP seminar is co-organised by CUHK Faculty of Law, United States-China Intellectual Property Institute (USCIPI) and Asia Innovation and IP Society (AIIPS). The seminar has invited renowned IP experts to explore what IP landscape will look like in the next century of innovation. Especially, it covers such themes as intellectual property and emerging technologies, managing and commercializing IP with innovative technologies, trademark & brand protection in the New Era, innovative business, IP in China, and technology, IP and global economy.
